Hi all,
this summer I had time to read two excellent books:
1) John Mauldin: Bull's eye investing (thanks for the advice)
2) Ed Easterling: Unexpected Returns
Henry, did you finally meet Mr Mauldin on August?
Today I read in his newsletter that he has over 1.000.000 subscribers. Quite impressive.
Best regads. |

Hi Victor,
I actually met John Mauldin in October of last year here in Houston. Since then, we have corresponded by email on and off. The guy is pretty smart - and is definitely a thinker. Moreover, he graduated from the same university that I did so you can say I have an affinity for him!
John's book is a pretty long and detailed one - but is definitely one of the best books currently out there on investing. I like Easterling's take on the "Y curve" and so forth - very interesting take on nominal interest rates and deflation.
Take care,
Henry |
