and Mortgage rates in general?

That chart looks to be heading lower to me, probably breaking the last low, which is simply amazing to me.

So, my particular interest is in when to refi my mortgage (i.e., my effective short on bonds) - which, there should be a lot of interest in that area!!.

Hussman is @ 19% Precious metals in the total return fund Very Happy

interesting to note, gold successfully tested it's 200DMA, or, so it would seem.

It does look like it is heading lower still - especially if the government is able to cut its budget deficit going forward (however small it may be). Sentiment wise, however, I think people are more keen to the idea of a continued decline in the 30-year treasuries, as opposed to the mentality last year when everyone thought interest rates were going back up.
