Anyone Tried These Stock Market Simulations?

I am curious if anyone can recommend or comment on some of the online Investment simulations that are out there?

1. Are they realistic?
2. Is there one that is hands-down better than the others?
3. Could you expect to be successful if you learned via one of these tools and then actually invested real money?

A simple Google search on "stock market simulation game" will show you exactly what I am asking about.
