The million-dollar question is: Is this a structural or cyclical phenomeon? My guess is a combination of both.

Yeah you think the dot com folks had glazed over eyes.

Hang around this bunch for a spell. You will get some serious flashbacks.

Got dragged to an auction with my wife two weeks ago.

Heard the phrase "The values only go up" about a dozen times as justification to bid on these treasures.

This contemp art is worse then Beanie Babies. They will run you over and not even look back.
