Says that monetary policy is overly tight in the Euro Zone right now:

First the TLT, now the FXE, USO, GLD, and SLX?
Darn it, that's half my book!

BCA: "ECB drops the ball!" A couple of months from now, there will be no choice but for th ECB to aggressively ease. In the meantime, I would continue to seriously underweight energy, materials, and industrials - not to mention the Euro.
