As stated before, Chinese exports are continuing to move up the "value chain." Not only will this result in more heated competition between exporters such as Germany and Japan, but exporting cheaper machine tools, electronics, etc., will enable countries such as Vietnam and Bangladesh to industralize quicker (and thus produce more exports of their own) as well:
