does anyone know very much about Bank Of Montreal Life Stage Fund Plus I'm 54 years old and I'm not sure if its worth getting into these investments or not I have mainly progressive or market GICS even in my RRSP account

Probably look to a discussion on Motley Fool, Investor's Village, Yahoo Finance--after you check for any Morningstar coverage of course. The rest of it is greek to me.
