Weekly Chart – 28 Mar 2011

OK, so we have a sky rocket stock here within our hands. Notice how Caterpillar exploded out of its uptrend channel almost exactly at the same level of its highest high in 2008. This is very interesting. Level ~86 which is 2008 level would become a key level in the future. Mid term long traders are under buy&hold strategy . Partial profits may take place when RSI falls from its overbought level.
