I would be interested to learn about any trading methods that could be implemented once daily, just before the market closing. I often work in the field away from a computer and get home just in time for a few quick trades prior to 4PM. If there were a method where 5 stocks could be bought long, and 5 stocks sold short for an equal stop limit, and then a progression could be used where an increasing number of shares is purchased and sold short each day until a profit is realized, then the following day, the selections would revert to the minimum number of shares for each selection. Then the cycle would be repeated. If the selections were chosen from stocks with a decent daily volitility, maybe it could work. I would be interested in any other methods that would work well on a once a day schedule.
