Gundlach outperformed 99% of his peers last year, and is still on a hot streak.

Looks like a tie to me. Judge has yet to rule what he gives back for the fid breach. I was in TCW at that time and, though profitable, that dude still owes me the 3% this move cost me in what was supposed to be a stable MBS fund. The one time I trade management Exclamation
