I was reading and commenting on a post regarding Viet Nam and came across this Seeking Alpha article on an emerging markets ETF, the PowerShares Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF (PCY). While its not focused on equities, I do notice that it avoids the markets that Bennet lists. Maybe an indirect confirmation of his views? It does seem to have both a wide list of countries and bonds that range the different subcontinents. I haven't had time to investigate all of them, picking thru them as I have time to look them up. It seems to have been range bound for awhile, but that just might mean that they have stable financial entities, not defaulting at least. Anyway, does anyone have any thoughts on this ETF other than the obvious technicals?
