China's "realpolitik" judging not regimes (so that they may capitalize on those regimes) which has so far worked well in Iran, Sudan and Venezuela for example, has run into a rut on Libya.

Rebels had already put Russia and China on a timeout. This will seal it.

Oil vs. Arms can make for an interesting conflict of interests. On the other hand, some, like France, get it both ways.
