I have been studying Interactive Corp ever since the company announced their intention to spin-off Expedia.com.

I agree the financial statements are next to impossible to interpret but most of the reports I have received say the stock is worth at least $40/share. I think the upcoming spin-off, intended to unlock value, will be the catalyst for the stock.

I recently bought a large amount for my clients at $22.50/share. I encourage you guys to study the company.
