After 14 years of real estate declines I was hoping to get in at the bottom (instead of the top of the U.S. real estate market!). I would appreciate any ideas on this. I have been trading Japan since a month after the market bottomed (if it did bottom in 2003?) and I feel the upward drift of a secular bull considerably helps trading, especially if you stick to the long side.
