Looking for program, website, etc to track investments

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good program, website, or even MS Excel spreadsheet that I can use to track my investments? I'm sure this has been asked many times, over, but here are some of things I would like support for:

- most of my investment holdings are stocks, so I would like to be able to enter the usual data of purchase date, purchase price, current price, number of shares, ROI, etc
- also, some of the stocks pay a dividend, so I want to be able to add that information
- I also own foreign stocks (I live in the US), so I want to be able to enter the foreign currency amounts.

Then I have the usual 401k, IRA, etc

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Some Brokers allow you to download into Excel.
