Several weeks ago, somebody posted a link to Maxprofitsignals.com.

I was curious to find out if the prediction had changed based on the current market performance.

Best regards,

Neurotrader was the poster with that chart.

I made a copy of it to see if it plays out.

We may see a bear market at this junction. It is too early to say.

CNBC reports that Nasdaq 150 DMA went negative for the first time in years today. I checked the 100 DMA for DJI, DJT, Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 and they were negative also. It will be interesting to see what the experienced chartists show for the results of this weeks downturn.

The chart that was posted was from neurotrader.

Neurotrader, your chart was quite bearish and looks to be playing out. Do you still expect the markets to drop from here? You were calling for the s & p to close below 1200 by Febuary. Is that still in play?

reidbrownfield,

The forward looking S&P500 chart like the one I posted last year helped predict a major top in 2007. I commented to many back last May with projections for a major 2007 top to occur in late fall 2007 as shown on my chart posted on this thread last year. The forecast played out nicely.

The same analysis is now predicting a significant bottom in 2008 with a time frame being late Spring to early summer 2008. Then followed by a strong rally to year end. I posted forward looking chart for most of 2008 on my FORUM. But in simple terms I just outlined above what it is predicting.

From where we are now we could just churn and back fill to that time frame of 2008 before a significant strong rally develops to year end.

Have a great weekend!
