The list is small due to the lack of money-making opportunities for fund companies to create microcap funds - but Morningstar's list is solid - especially in light of recent re-openings. A good choice for those who believe the economy will recover in the second half of this year. As for myself, I am still looking for another spike in junk bond default rates before I invest in these funds or these stocks:
