Need recommendation for ETF family

I am a recent subscriber to the newsletter and wanted to follow Henry's DJIA timing recommendations. Unfortunately I cannot find a family of ETFs that allow shorting or going long w/o leverage. I'm sure the info is somewhere on the site but I cannot find it.
BTW, I assume the timing only applies to the DJIA and not other broad market indices, Wilshire 5000, ect.

DIA is an ETF that tracks the Dow 30 [EDIT: and could be shorted in a margin account]. If you use the DOG ticker ETF you can buy DOG to go 1x short the Dow 30 in an IRA.
