It is time we get more organized. Not that we weren't organized before but given the way our forums were set up, there were many good posts on hedge funds, mutual funds, ETFs, etc, that were getting "lost" in our "Market Commentary" section given the sheer number of posts in that particular forum.
I also believe that there is an "untapped market" out there of potential posts, since many of our subscribers have a disproportionate interest in individual funds but who just have never posted since our "normal discussion" did not revolve around this topic. Hopefully, this will change going forward.
Let the posting begin!
Best regards,

Also, you will probably see the most activity on this forum starting a few weeks after the end of each quarter, since money managers tend to write a commentary on their funds' performance on a quarterly basis and since most money managers are evaluated on a quarterly basis by the investment consultants as well.
Of course, that does not mean that this board will be devoid of any activity from now till then, since money managers are interviewed all the time and since there are always significant fund arrivals and departures - it is just going to be slower. |
