Yes, today we put to the test our "refined" impressions of Helicopter Ben. Maybe "Hawkeye." But, that Yellen commentary looks like a trial balloon.

Anyway, with China last night, we see it's a global thing.

I think CMF could be an oversold(bought) indicator at more extreme levels, like 0.3 or more in either direction. Granted, lots of times stocks stay oversold(bought) for weeks or months on their way down(up).

In the norm, where it's close to zero, I think it's an indicator of strength or weakness, and I think the recent red is a bearish indicator and potential leading indicator.

So yeah, I don't like that the CMF is negative, but I still see a lot that I do like.

With Bag Man Ben speaking, I'm sure there'll be an interesting reaction ...

Hey, Bill. I do appreciate these updates. What I don't understand I, at least, can consistently do so.

Obviously you like this Chaiken Money Flow indicator. Noticing all the red under the current market, which you seem to be using as an "oversold" indicator. Is this the markings of a "stealth" bear market? Like today, GM's boost masking, we'll call it "profit taking" elsewhere: GOOG, SBUX, BA, CAT, NUE etc. Saw last week. In this case wouldn't CMF be a leading indicator????
