Hello Henry,

All I know about the Dow theory is what I've read from you. So, I'm an amateur.

I have a question about confirmation/non-confirmation:

Now that we are close to all time highs in the Dow Industrials...
...is it so crucial to make an all time high, even if it's only for, say, 10 points? What if the Dow stops at 10700? A non-confirmation for just 23 points?

I mean, in the real world I don't see the difference between closing the dow at 11700 or 11800 (just a few newspapers covers, nothing more). I can't understand how a few points can change the whole implications of that theory.

Take care, your calls are, as always, out of consensus. It's not easy to follow your timing system. Cool

Victor
