Be careful applying "indicators" to this market. Remember the thing is one giant "short squeeze" (relative to savings) on a marginal float. Supply made the top--not Buffet selling or anything else.

Oil (and the soy kind) are as key here as rates.

BTW there's a thread on this in the China section, "Shanghai."

volume confirmation or not h&s target reached.

I still think US market more attractive than vertically ascended and now descending $ssec. 3500 will have good support, though.

mtvk,

Thanks, that is what I had suspected. Who knows - that volume confirmation may come sooner or later. I suspect there is one more rate hike from the People's Bank of China before the end of this year, and that has not been discounted by the markets just yet.

Best,

Henry

H,

Found the volume data in http://www.sse.com.cn/sseportal/en_us/ps/md/sh_b_qck.jsp?code=000002.SS&cycle=0

Volume is not confirming the h&s breakdown.

mtvk,

Do you have access to a volume chart accompanying the price chart?

Thanks,

Henry
