Much of that was AMD's manufacturing glitch news released in timely fashion right at the end of the quarter. That deleveraging touched gold this quarter nothing else should surprise--but for a flat world economy in high-cost labor context tech will be favored. And then there's tech's tech:

e-waste exporters in this country are making a lot of fast money, especialy those that handle CRTs.
