Spider,
Speaking of brushing up your English, have you been to our "Favorite Books" page?
http://www.marketthoughts.com/stock_book.html
All of it is about the U.S. stock markets, but I think provide a very good learning experience - both about the markets and to brush up the stock market lingo. I also like the books of Buffett but I haven't had time to do a review yet.
Hope things are going well.

Spider,
You can insert a link to a image by using the "Img" button. (second button to the right)
The syntax is:
You cannot upload an image however. The image must reside somewhere on a website. For example, your Geocities website.
Here is an example on the Test Me board:

Good afternoon(14:21pm,BEIJIN TIME),Hennry
I cannot invert the stock in USA directly, including the Chinese Company IPO in NSDQ,because the RMB is contrulled by the section. But there are others can do it by guarantee through the agency in American. This action like as the un-pure futures trade and is limitted by the quantity of money, the speed of trading and the credit of the agency,so 'the others' is not large.
Because of ugly english,i never read the report provided by foreign fornincial management before. And i want develop my english so nearly i always read the foreign .net,then i found the marketthought, then i recoginzed u ,hennry,my friend.HaHa.
Henny, can i take the picture on this forum then we can discuss it by technical analysis and how to do it? |

spider,
What kind of information can you get on the internet regarding Chinese companies that are publicly traded in China? What kind of things do you need to do in order to directly invest in U.S. stocks?
As for bmp or jpg files, you usually view them on Internet Explorer or just any basic picture viewing software. On a webpage, you can just right-click on a picture and then choose "save as" to save it on your hard drive!
Hope things are going well - and please keep us updated on what's going on in China!

Good morning(now is 10:33AM,BEIJIN time),henry!
Thanks for your benison. The terrible question in chinese market is only can buy but not can sell,so when the trend is decline, all the inverstors and traders have the one result——'loss'.
As you say,the last GDP increasing publishcationed nearly is 9.7% highest in the past 3 years, but it is not relitave with the sotck market. The goverment pay attention to the farming, the countryside and the peasants ,and they think the stock invest belong to the richers, since, they laxity the bear in the last 3 yearts.
However, the loss of the invest is the result of bad analytical technology.I must study more from the matket.HE,HE.
Last,Could you teach me how to impar the picture(.BMP AND .JPJ)?
Thank you very much.I wish you are in a good dream.

spider,
Do you reside in China? While I am bullish on China in the longer-run, my impression is that the Chinese stock market is more of a speculation than a reflection of the "real" economy. Kind of like the 19th century American stock market - what do you think?
Good luck going forward. Tread carefully!
Take care,
Henry |
