"Coddling Dictators" is succumbing to global responsibility as it comes to terms with it's newfound place in the world. Yes 1st-world china now meets the standard: it is a colonial power.

Astonishing this contradiction could survive as long as it has. Not at all surprising that it would be broken on its own back steps, it's first colony--it's "wall."
