What's everyone's opinion on the U.S. dollar for the rest of the year?
Longer term I'm definitely bearish, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a dollar rally given the bearish sentiment and interest rate hikes. People are buying dollars because of accelerating inflation, with the hopes of more interest rate hikes. This doesn't make sense to me but it's happening.

Currently, it is estimated that there is some $1.3 trillion bet against the dollar. When that "bet" unwinds, look out above! Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

In the flight to quality scenario that I'm envisioning, investors will have to buy a lot of dollars when they take their money to (or back to) the U.S. Such a scenario will finally give the dollar a sustainable rally.

Commodities will collapse at the same time, IMHO.
